Functional Fitness for Life
Each of our classes are designed to bring out the champion in you. Our classes combine evidence-based fitness with martial arts movements to give you an amazing workout every class. Every workout is well-rounded and will get you moving in a variety of ways increasing your endurance, strength, and focus in a short amount of time.
Functional Fitness movements utilize everyday movements to increase your power, range of motion, core strength, and flexibility. Martial arts movements including elements of boxing and Muay Thai kickboxing not only ramp up the intensity and build strength, but prepare you for whatever life throws your way.
All of our workouts are designed to be fun and challenging with varying intensity without overwhelming or causing injury. Each class will challenge you and increase your speed, agility, full body strength, and cardio levels. You'll sweat like crazy, build a solid foundation for life, and burn hundreds of calories. Each workout is also designed to be scalable - you'll get a fantastic workout but never be pushed beyond what's safe for your ability.
