Kickboxing and Fitness Classes at the Wik Academy of Martial Arts in Cincinnati

Each of our classes are designed to bring out the champion in you. Our classes combine evidence-based fitness with martial arts movements to give you an amazing workout every class. Every workout is well-rounded and will get you moving in a variety of ways increasing your endurance, strength, and focus in a short amount of time.

Functional Fitness movements utilize everyday movements to increase your power, range of motion, core strength, and flexibility. Martial arts movements including elements of boxing and Muay Thai kickboxing not only ramp up the intensity and build strength, but prepare you for whatever life throws your way.

All of our workouts are designed to be fun and challenging with varying intensity without overwhelming or causing injury. Each class will challenge you and increase your speed, agility, full body strength, and cardio levels. You'll sweat like crazy, build a solid foundation for life, and burn hundreds of calories. Each workout is also designed to be scalable - you'll get a fantastic workout but never be pushed beyond what's safe for your ability.

Warrior Fitness

  • Duration: 50 minutes
  • Calorie Burn: 350-500
  • Skill Level: All

Train like a champion in our Warrior Fitness Classes. These classes give you a high-intensity workout combining boxing and Muay Thai kickboxing with calisthenic movements. Body weight and circuit drills will make you sweat and build lean, strong muscle. Your agility, balance, and athletic ability will be challenged. A variety of exercises are utilized so you'll have fun and never get bored. Each class begins with mobility work to warm up and ends with flexibility work to cool back down. Punch, kick, and elbow your way to a stronger, fitter you. All skill levels and ages 16+ are welcome.

Equipment Required: Gym Clothes, Positive Attitude, Gym-Only Shoes (if you don't want to be barefoot), and MMA Gloves.

Unfortunately, all of our fitness classes are currently closed. We will be bringing them back - to find out when just send us an email at or join our Warrior Fitness class announcement email list. You can even let us know if there is a time you would prefer! Until then, our Jeet Kune Do and Muay Thai classes are great options that also provide a great workout.
