A key part of the philosophy behind our core art of Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do is to learn many different arts, to absorb what is useful, and discard what is useless. Every art has different strengths and weaknesses. Our expert instructors have a growing range of expertise in multiple arts so we can provide our students with a comprehensive range of skills for self-defense.

Workshops & Seminars
Workshops are a great way to learn specialized skills. We have public workshops held at our gym on a variety of topics like Women's Self-Defense, as well as private workshops and seminars we hold off-site for other schools, businesses, and corporations.
