Train like a champion in our Warrior Fitness Classes. These classes give you a high-intensity workout combining boxing and Muay Thai kickboxing with calisthenic movements. Body weight and circuit drills will make you sweat and build lean, strong muscle. Your agility, balance, and athletic ability will be challenged. A variety of exercises are utilized so you'll have fun and never get bored. Each class begins with mobility work to warm up and ends with flexibility to cool back down. Punch, kick, and elbow your way to a stronger, fitter you. All skill levels and ages 16+ are welcome.

Equipment Required: Gym Clothes, Positive Attitude, Gym-Only Shoes (if you don't want to be barefoot), and MMA Gloves.
